These terms are an agreement between you, the business you represent ("Client"), and Support Local Marketing LLC, doing business as SupportLocal.
They apply to our marketing website and agency services. We use "SupportLocal", "we", "us", and "our" to refer to our company. Your order sets out the work you choose.
Read the dispute resolution section before accepting. It includes binding arbitration, a class action waiver, and a 30-day written opt-out after first acceptance.

2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Services for a lawful business. You confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Keep account and payment details accurate. Protect your login, manage access for your team, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity by anyone you allow to use your Account.
3. Services
Your order identifies which of these ten offerings we provide:
- SEO and AI optimized website
- Get Found on Google
- Local Ads
- 5-Star Review Funnel
- One-Click Campaigns
- Customer Reactivation
- Missed-Call Text Back
- One Inbox
- Business Phone Line
- Automatic Lead Follow-Up
We deliver these Services on a platform we license. We may change vendors, integrations, or features as needed to operate the Services. Availability depends on your plan and the third-party services involved.
4. Plans and pricing
Your order or checkout shows your plan, included work, usage allowances, and recurring fees. Review those details before accepting. Plan prices are not listed in this document.
5. Billing and auto-renewal
We bill monthly using the card on file. You authorize recurring charges for your plan and applicable usage until you cancel. Keep a valid payment method on file and pay applicable taxes.
Your plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. We give at least 30 days notice by email before a price change takes effect on your Account.
6. Rebillable usage
Text messages, phone minutes and numbers, and email volume above your plan are billed at cost plus the rate shown in your Account. Review those rates and monitor usage before starting campaigns.
Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform, never through us. It is separate from our service fees and is governed by the ad platform's billing terms.
7. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable because we begin build and labor immediately. We do not prorate unused time or partial billing periods. There is no money-back guarantee on agency services.
The separate software product at supportlocal.io has its own terms. Software terms
8. No chargebacks
Contact hello@supportlocalmarketing.com first if you believe a charge is wrong so we can review it. You agree not to dispute a valid charge through a chargeback. A chargeback on a valid charge results in immediate suspension and collection of the amount due plus associated fees.
9. Free trials and promotions
A free trial or promotion applies only if we offer it in writing. That offer states its duration, included work, and what happens when it ends. A promotion does not change the other terms of your agreement.
10. Service delivery
A build timeline is an estimate. You must supply the onboarding information, content, account access, and approvals needed to complete your work. Delays caused by missing client input do not pause billing.
We deliver the scope stated in your order. Tell us promptly about errors so we can review them and arrange the work needed within that scope.
11. Payment failures and suspension
If a payment fails, we may retry the card on file and notify you. You have a 7-day grace period after the first failed payment to resolve it. After that period, we may suspend access until the balance is paid.
We retain your data for 30 days after suspension so you can arrange recovery. After that, we may terminate the Account and delete the data, subject to legal retention duties. Suspension does not cancel amounts already due.
12. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@supportlocalmarketing.com from the account owner's email address. We may verify ownership before processing the request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops further plan renewals.
Fees already paid are not refunded or prorated. Website access after cancellation and the optional website buyout are described below.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 Ours
Our brand, templates, Automations, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. During your paid term, you may use the Platform and Services for your internal business. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Platform or let you resell it.
13.2 Client Content
Client Content stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, display, and send it as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to supply it.
13.3 Websites and domains
The domain always belongs to you. It is registered in your name or transferred to you on request. The website we build runs on our platform and goes dark 30 days after cancellation.
You may purchase the website as built for a one-time fee of $500, payable before delivery. This buyout excludes automations, integrations, phone numbers, and platform features.
Delivery is a zip archive of the website files (HTML, CSS, images), sent by email or download link within 10 business days of payment. We do not host, migrate, or support the site after delivery.
13.4 Feedback
We may use ideas and feedback you send us to improve our work without payment or another obligation to you.
14. Acceptable use
- Do not send spam, unlawful messages, or messages without the required consent.
- Do not upload harmful software, evade security controls, or access another person's Account or data without permission.
- Do not use the Services to deceive, harass, infringe rights, or break the law.
- Do not create fake reviews or offer review incentives that violate platform rules.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation.
15. Client compliance
15.1 Sender of record
Your business is the sender of record for texts, emails, and calls sent through your Account. Review the audience, content, timing, and disclosures before sending. Obtain the consent required for each communication, keep proof of consent, and honor opt-outs immediately.
15.2 Privacy law compliance
You are responsible for the notices, rights handling, and lawful basis needed to collect and use your customers' information. Follow the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules, and applicable state laws. We process client customer information under our Data Processing Addendum.
15.3 Indemnity for client communications
You agree to defend and indemnify us for claims, fines, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your communications or missing consent, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state law claims. This obligation also covers communications sent by your team or at your direction.
16. Call recording
Business Phone Line and Missed-Call Text Back may record or transcribe calls. You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consent before recording or transcription where required. Maryland is a two-party consent state. Account for the rules that apply to everyone on the call and disable recording when you cannot obtain required consent.
17. Term and termination
By you
These terms begin when you accept them and continue while you use the Services. You may end your plan through the cancellation process above.
By us
We may suspend or terminate Services for unpaid fees, breach of these terms, unlawful use, or a requirement of law. We may also end Services we discontinue and will give notice where practical.
Effect
At termination, Platform access ends. We retain Client Content for 30 days so you can request an export, after which we may delete it unless the law requires retention. The website shutdown and buyout rules in section 13.3 apply. Payment duties, ownership provisions, indemnities, liability limits, and dispute terms survive termination.
18. SMS terms (A2P 10DLC)
Disclosure and consent
Texting requires the recipient's consent for the intended message type. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Keep clear opt-in disclosures and records. Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Messages and delivery
Messages may include appointment and service updates, review requests, follow-up, account notices, and marketing offers where separately authorized. Frequency varies by campaign and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may delay, filter, or block messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@supportlocalmarketing.com. Honor opt-outs promptly and do not add recipients back without new valid consent.
Registration and compliance
We register A2P 10DLC campaigns on your behalf. Your business is the brand and sender. You must provide accurate registration details, follow approved campaign uses, and comply with messaging law and carrier requirements. Registration does not replace consent or guarantee delivery.
19. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee rankings, leads, reviews, revenue, or any specific result. Google, Meta, carriers, and other third-party platforms control their own rules and availability. Their decisions may affect your Services.
The Services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SupportLocal and its owners, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your Client Content, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or business communications. This includes acts of people using your Account with your permission.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the Services.
Our total liability for claims arising from the Services or these terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where the law does not allow a limitation, it applies only to the extent permitted.
22. Dispute resolution
First send a written description of the dispute to hello@supportlocalmarketing.com. We will try to resolve it informally for 30 days after receiving notice.
If it remains unresolved, either party may require binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Frederick County, Maryland, or by video. Both parties waive a jury trial for claims subject to arbitration. Claims must be brought individually. Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek court relief to protect intellectual property rights. These claims are not required to go to arbitration.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to hello@supportlocalmarketing.com or our mailing address within 30 days after your first acceptance of these terms. Include your name, business, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not end your Services or change the other terms.
23. Governing law and venue
Maryland law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes is Frederick County, Maryland. Claims permitted in court must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction there, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
24. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, and outages at hosting, carrier, or other service providers. This does not excuse payment for Services already provided.
25. Assignment
You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to an affiliate or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. The agreement binds permitted successors and assigns.
26. Notices
We send notices to the email address on your Account. Keep it current. Send notices to us at hello@supportlocalmarketing.com or the mailing address below. You agree to electronic notices and records.
27. Changes to terms
We may update these terms and the date above. We give account holders at least 14 days email notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms. You may cancel before changes take effect.
28. Miscellaneous
These terms, your accepted order, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Addendum form the agreement for the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We are independent contractors; this agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.
29. Consent and agreement
By accepting an order, checking an agreement box, creating an Account, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and have authority to bind your business. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a written signature. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
