This policy explains how we handle personal information on supportlocalmarketing.com, when you contact us, and when we provide agency services. It also explains how to make a privacy request.

2. Mobile communication policy
We never sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties for their marketing. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process it only to provide that service. This restriction applies to all sharing described in this policy.
Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help or email hello@supportlocalmarketing.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
3. Information we collect
Site visitors
We receive device and browser details, IP addresses, pages requested, referring URLs, and timestamps needed to serve and secure the website. Optional analytics and advertising activity depend on your choices.
Leads and inquiries
The /call quiz and other forms collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, service interests, quiz answers, and messages. Privacy forms collect state of residence, request details, and whether you act for someone else.
Clients
We collect account and business details, billing and subscription records, content, connected account information, and support messages. Payment providers handle full card details; we do not store full card numbers.
Clients' customers
On a client's behalf, we process customer names, contact details, messages, appointment and service details, review activity, and call recordings or transcripts when enabled. The client controls this information and decides how to use it.
4. Where we get it
Information comes from you, your browser, our clients and their authorized users, connected business accounts, payment and messaging providers, and public business sources. Clients are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to supply customer data.
5. How we use it
- Respond to questions, quiz submissions, privacy requests, and support needs.
- Build websites and run the marketing, communications, and follow-up services a client chooses.
- Manage accounts, bill for Services, and send service notices.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal duties.
- Measure website usage and advertising where you allow the relevant optional tracking.
- Send marketing where permitted and honor unsubscribe and opt-out choices.
7. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Ad-platform pixels may count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out on this device and send an account-level request.
9. Call recording
Business Phone Line and Missed-Call Text Back may record or transcribe calls when enabled by a client. Recordings and transcripts are processed for that client's communications and service records. The client must provide required notices and obtain consent before recording. Maryland is a two-party consent state.
Ask the business you called about recording choices and requests concerning its recordings. We help route requests relating to data we process for a client.
10. Retention
We keep information for the purpose it was collected, to provide Services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Inquiry and privacy request records are kept as needed to handle and document the request.
Client data is retained for 30 days after suspension or termination as described in our terms. After that, we may delete it unless retention is required by law. Limited backup copies remain until they cycle out and are protected from ordinary use.
11. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, deletion, correction, or a portable copy of your information. You may also opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling, or limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
We do not discriminate against people who exercise privacy rights. Rights may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. For information controlled by a client, we assist that client in responding.
12. How to exercise your rights
You can also email hello@supportlocalmarketing.com. We respond within 45 days. If applicable law permits an extension, we explain the reason and timing within the initial response period. We may request information needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
To appeal a denied request, use the same form and select Appeal a denied request, or reply to our decision by email. We review the appeal and explain the outcome within the period required by your state's law. If it remains unresolved, you may contact your state attorney general.
